It will involve two events....Go have fun -while you drop off your kid(s). RGMES is the perfect destination for kids when the parents needs some time for themselves. Parents can see the Movies they want, enjoy a peaceful dinner, and go shopping while their child/ren are under a good/loving supervision and care. PARENTS GET TO TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES WHILE THEIR CHILD/REN PLAYS AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS, BEING ACTIVELY WATCHED BY CERTIFIED CHILDCARE PERSONNEL…….go have a stress free relaxing time

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

RGMES is a mobile and event childcare service provider for the Houston Metropolitan area and Texas as a whole, an organization that entertains children at parties, corporate events, conferences, weddings, conventions and other special events. RGMES is the solution to what to do with the kids and we serve children from ages 6 months -13yrs. We offer children the opportunity to have safe fun, and exciting party while the parents are fully engaged and enjoying the party knowing their children are on site, safe, secured and entertained.

ENTERTAINING CHILDREN AT YOUR LOCATION

Maximize event attendance and reduce stress by providing on-site childcare. We give parents the chance to attend the party while we watch the kids...they enjoy lunch, Dinner or snacks at no additional cost.…. We supervise your children while they play and you enjoy your time alone.

We come to the venue, set up and at the door parents sign in with their Driver’s License details when dropping off their child(ren) and in exchange, we give them a wrist band or tickets which they will bring back to claim their children. For lost tickets, the host or 2 other people/adults/parents with valid ID cards will have to vouch for them before the child(ren) can be released to them.

Our set up includes but not limited to:

Survey the environment for safety

Lay our play mats

Section the room (provided) according to the ages of child(ren) we are catering for

Set up our toys and TV

Assign staff(s) to each group (according to the ages of the children we have)

For events over 40 miles outside of Houston, TX (zip code 77024), a travel fee will apply. Depend on the venue address; a $2/mile charge applies after the 40th mile.
